My husband and I got out of our car to shop at Aldi the other day. As we started to walk toward the store, I asked if he had grabbed a quarter out of the car to get a shopping cart. He stopped dead in his tracks and said he had not. As he said that, God sent a lady to us who said, “Please, take my cart.” My husband goes to open his door to get a quarter out to give to her and she said she did not want our quarter, we were helping her by taking the cart from her. At that moment, my husband and I both decided that we were to do the same when we were done. We did our shopping and as we were filling our car, God sent another shopper past our car. We stopped her and offered her our cart. She started to dig out her quarter but we stopped her, saying we were blessed with the cart and were passing it onto her. A smile came across her face and said she too was going to pay it forward. While a small moment, it felt good to be a part of a Spirit filled chain.
