The Spirit has recently given me the courage to step out of my comfort zone and what a blessing it has been! Each time I visit a restaurant I now ask the waiter/waitress at the beginning of our meal if I can pray for them. This morning I asked Marilynn if I could pray for her. She said “Yes! I am trying to get pregnant and am having difficulties.” And then her eyes swelled up with tears. I grabbed her hand and my colleagues’ hand and we prayed for Marilynn and our meal. While I was praying, a lady two tables over got up and joined our prayer circle. What an uplifting moment for all of us. Jesus was the uniting person in that moment when strangers all gathered in a brief prayer of thanks and hope. Wow, thank you God for yet another opportunity to see you active in my life!
