God led me to share FAITH5 with a family in NC that I met. I was nervous at first to share but I trusted that God would make something good come out of this. The family is made up of 2 teens and a mom and dad. Well, 2 weeks later I got this email from the family.
“Had to tell u abt our Faith 5 last night. It first started out not with a pillow fight, but a physical fight between the kids–uh oh! But, then we discussed our highs and lows to which each kid said their low was coming home and seeing their sibling. ;). That made my heart smile in spite of the fight they had just had. Now, don’t know if I related this correctly, but I told them A). That Jesus is our Lord and all the highs we have are His blessings bestowed upon us – regardless of how big or small – and that it’s important to recognize those so that we do not forget that God HASN’T forgotten us even if he isnt answering our prayers at the moment. 2). That while we think our lows are bad, Jesus’s low was His sacrifice to us of dying on the cross so that we could have everlasting life. It’s important to put your lows in perspective.”
WOW, the Spirit is moving through this family and they are taking notice of God’s presence each day in their lives!
